Our intention is to become the premier concierge for personalized birth and postpartum experiences. By offering services like lactation support and meal prep under the Cherry Blossom umbrella, we’re helping more families find the care they need (when they need it…not three weeks later). - We are a cohesive team that values healthy communication – we are incredibly intentional in protecting the energy of our providers.
- You’ll use established backend business systems and platforms (saving you time and money).
- We assist with consistent lead sources and support in promoting your services, allowing you to focus heavily on exceptional client care.
WHY should I join you?
We’re looking for experienced doulas (certified and fingerprinted). But if you’re not a doula? That’s awesome too. We’re also looking for experienced massage therapists, chiropractors, mental health professionals, and any other practitioners who consistently serve clients in the birth and postpartum space. Many on our team are/were RNs. Pitch us!
WHO are we looking for?
Our vision is big and so is our growth plan. We’re specifically looking for experienced A-Players looking to GROW their skills, professional opportunities, and Cherry Blossom as an organization. We absolutely require the highest levels of integrity, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. You’ll be commonly serving both high-net-worth families and the broader community, so adaptability is paramount. All families are welcome here – diversity is always honored.
WHAT is expected?
Currently, our team is structured using 1099 independent contractors, with future options for W2 employment on a case-by-case basis. (We think) it’s the perfect mesh of independence and support. Choose what works for you: schedule, clients, healing modalities, and workload. Our doulas are as busy as they want to be and have multiple avenues to connect with more families.
when will i work?
Right now, we have a large client base (13+ years in the making) that stretches across the Phoenix Metro Area – both East Valley and West Valley. If you’re outside our home base, we’d still love to meet with you and discuss opportunities to bring the Cherry Blossom experience to other parts of Arizona, the US, and online!

Now a thriving multiple six-figure business, Cherry Blossom provides consistent income for all our doulas and life-changing support to our local birth and postpartum community. We are on track to break our seven-figure goal in 2026.
In 2024 alone, Cherry Blossom Doula Services provided care to over 300 Arizona families with birth doula support, postpartum doula support, placenta encapsulation, prenatal education meet-ups, postpartum support groups, postpartum womb care, Ayurvedic meal prep, lactation support, and loss support.
Like any birth, Cherry Blossom Doula Services came into the world through blood, sweat, tears, and pure feminine power. Founded as a solo practice by Alyssa Leon in 2013, the business soon "blossomed" into a diverse collective attracting both birth and postpartum doulas. Alyssa’s passion for evidence-based care and natural-minded birth philosophies (along with her visionary focus on mentorship) established Cherry Blossom as the premier doula organization in Arizona.
